Once you have called us, we wait until the meteorological conditions are favourable. We then drive to your property in a van, with the balloon already inflated and take just 10 minutes prepare for the session which usually takes only 15 minutes to complete.
No, certainly not. Both during the preparation and balloon ascension phases, silence is complete as we need no mechanical power to control the system.
- When will I have my photos?
You can have the portfolio of your house on the same day it is produced. Once we have finished the work, we take it to our offices and we put it on a private website to which only you will have access. Alternatively you can visit our offices in Benissa where we will supply the portfolio in CD-Rom format.
- Is there a copyright on the photos of my house?
As soon as the portfolio account has been settled all of the photographs become your property.
- What quality do the photos have?
The quality of the work is guaranteed both by in resolution and clarity. The resolution of our camera is 4416 x 3312 mpx which is equal to 14,7 megapixels.
- What payment systems do I have?
The portfolio can be paid directly or when you come to take the CD-Rom from our offices. Alternatively you can make a bank transfer.
